Hillary Hires Former Howard Dean Operative for NV Campaign

Well, this is kind of interesting. I noticed that the '04 people are all over the map as the Presidential contenders are busy hiring their operatives. However, I don't think I've heard of a former Dean operative joining Hillary's campaign. Is this a first? And more important: why?

Anyhow, this from the AP:

Robby Mook, a former deputy field director for the Democratic National Committee, will lead Clinton's Nevada operations.

Mook ran get-out-the-vote efforts for the Wisconsin Democratic Party during the 2004 general election, and was a field director with Howard Dean's presidential campaign in New Hampshire.

"He's an indication of how seriously Sen. Clinton is going to play here in Nevada. Robby has as much field experience as anybody in the country," said Clark County Commissioner Rory Reid, a Clinton adviser and the son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
